It was my first experience with JFK. Had an appointment booked; however had to wait 15 mins for my turn, and wasn't informed how much longer to wait either (I had to ask this twice). Other than that I thought Andrew is a rather experienced hairdresser, he is very attentive and listened carefully to my requirements. He gave me useful tips on how to style my hair (with products recommendation too).
