Very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere, albeit a bit smelly (I think because the staff food station is in the middle of the salon)!

She listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions. Was understanding that I cut my own fringe in-between cuts (actually said I did an ok job). She was lovely. Chatty, but was also concentrating on what she was doing.
