I booked on line, first time at JFK, when I arrived it looked so cool & full of hip young people, I was terrified to go in wishing I was 30 years younger. Claire was so lovely, reassuring and welcoming that I forgot about feeling awkward and I got a great, stylish haircut, very happy.
