I took the plunge and cut off my log hair to a long ish bob, it’s the shortest my hair has been in 20yrs! Claire was fantastic considering it was the first time I’ve seen her. Despite being a Jnr stylist she has worked there for 3yrs. I am so happy with my new look and loved the hot water bottle and warm towels . Definitely coming back!

Claire was very nice and created a pleasant experience. I think that there could have been a little more listening to what I wanted and making sure that the cut was what I asked for, but overall happy with my experience

Really nice cut, liked my fringe which isn’t always the case when I get it cut! Claire was friendly and efficient. Good value, will be back again.
