My best haircut. Val knew instantly what style I was trying to describe and what would suit me, just from a couple words and pictures explanation I gave him. He spent long on it and gave attention to detail. He was knowledgeable about hairdressing and the layers needed to create the style I wanted and every now and then gave a brief explanation of what he was doing with my hair, which reassured me that he was an expert. I didn't know it was possible for my hair to look this way and this good.

Claire was great! I was indecisive and a bit unsure about my haircut and what I wanted, but she helped me along the way. Even stopping mid-length before I could decide to get the length chopped! She was so nice and attentive.
