Really lovely salon and Karen was really attentive to what I wanted to achieve with my look whilst working with my hair type. Was so nice to have a bit of pampering after a long lockdown! Thank you Karen :)

I walked in with the usual idea of what wanted (length wise and layers) but speaking with Karen helped me understand my hair and its texture so much better. She helped me decide on moving from a roundish shape to a straighter one and put me to ease about my confusion on how my hair would look like with that change. Professionally, Karen came across as very passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable answering all my apprehensions. I'll surely be back.
