On meeting me for the first time, Kay commented my hair was the wrong length and colour for my face and in 9 months she has helped me grow it out to a style and colour much better suited to my face. The results are fabulous and I’m enjoying receiving so many compliments! The cut is ingenious and Kay has shown me how to blow dry it like a professional and maintain it using the right brush and products. For anyone looking for an exceptional stylist and colourist, I couldn’t recommend Kay more!

Had my hair cut and coloured by Kay recently, asked for balyage and showed her photos of my desired look. Colour was ginger and had copper streak in my fringe, and the cut was uneven and choppy! Neither did she do a patch test, wear a mask or visor. I contacted her with my displeasure, and informed her I was going to another salon to get it corrected, she rang me shouting at me down the phone and refused any form of partial refund, instead blaming me and my hair for her poor work.

I would highly recommend Hair by Kay to anyone. always smiley and friendly Kay creates great atmosphere. While not only being great with hair and very talented hairdresser she's also a great stylist listening to what you want and need and giving an honest advice of what will work for you best. I feel like a superstar after every visit :)
