The most horrendous experience ever!!! I went in for a simple short haircut but what I got was a disaster. The hairstylist is clearly an amateur. She had no idea what she was doing and completely ruined my hairstyle. My hair now looks choppy and simply unorganised. I am so disappointed and will never be coming back! She doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
