I was welcomed by Lauralyn and offered a drink and a magazine as I arrived early, she was welcoming and very friendly! I was uncomfortable taking of my hat and showing my hair due to hair loss, she provided me with a screen and done my consultation away from other customers and saved me from embarrassment. She recommend and advised me on a few treatments that would be for me as seeing as she had time she gave me a treatment and a hair cut, I left the hairdressers without my hat on and feeling like a brand new woman! Thank you so much Lauralyn... I’m looking forward to my next appointment on Friday for a weave!

Unfortunately a very upsetting experience. A)The lady could not trim my hair to look straight and even. She was trying her best over the course of an hour and a quarter but after I left I realised my hair was uneven and looked funny and my friends confirmed that b) I was waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes even though I had booked an appointment c) only after I arrived I was told that I could get my hair done but not my nails, despite I had already booked and paid for both hair and nails and I had not received any communication to tell me that Nails could not be done that day d) Toilet and toilet area was not clean e) the music could have been less loud, especially as I spent 2,5 hours there. Perhaps some of these points will be taken on board and the salon will improve and reach its full potential
