I am happy with my hair cut however they should tell their customers in advance when their card machine is not working as I didn't appreciate having to use my credit card to take cash out. It should never happen again. Thanks.

Really disappointed as I turned up at the salon today and was told Lorelle doesn’t even work there anymore. Took time out of my day to get my hair cut only to be turned away confused and disappointed.

Great experience colour was as asked for and fantastic cut. Lovely salon and welcoming atmosphere.
My first visit to the salon lorelle was very professional and valued her experience and felt completely safe and well totallly covered all cov19 requirements and more
