Booked the appointment to get my hair done prior to a wedding. Visitors to Edinburgh so had no bench mark or recommendations to go on. Picked Louise after looking at the proximity to the hotel and other recommendations on line. Very friendly atmosphere in the salon as I walked in. Louise was very attentive, easy to talk to and didn't make me feel like a stranger. Very happy with the way my hair was done. Thank You

I got exactly what I wanted - I'm not great at working out what will suit my face, and Louise gave some recommendations for length and style. I was getting my hair cut before going to a wedding at the weekend, and she also took the time to recommend some simple hairstyles I could try for the event.
