Louise made me feel very at ease and gave me good hair advice when I asked her questions. She listened to what I wanted and I left with beautiful shiny hair.

Like the haircut, feel like Louise took the time during consultation to understand what I wanted. Appointment took a bit longer as she was also working on a highlights appointment at the same time, but very happy with the final result and she was very friendly. Will go back
