Lydia was very nice, welcoming and, above all, very good at understanding what I needed. She listened and cut my hair as I wanted it to be cut. A very simple cut, in line with my classic taste, which is what I was looking for!

Lydia listened to everything I had to say and then responded with thoughtful advice and suggestions. She didn't rush me or try to persuade me away from what I wanted, whilst always considering the practicality of my chosen colour and cut, given I am mother to two young children. Lydia is fun to be around, she is an understanding person and she cut and coloured my hair beautifully. I will be going back!
