The hairdresser I had didn't speak much English. Also she didn't seem to understand I had curly hair, so tried to dry it straight which didn't work. Haircut was good though and she kept asking if it was ok.

My colour is fabulous and the blow wave is one of the best I've ever had. Zaynab took her time ensuring that the colour was done up to her usual high standards.
I hadn't had a keratin hair treatment before and it was quite a lot of fumes - had to wear a mask!
Muz was a lovely warm person and did everything with care.
