For me the location was perfect, it was 2 streets away from me, but for anyone around the East Finchley area this would be quite convenient as it is located on the high street with plenty of parking around if needed. the salon itself was kept clean and seemed reassuringly busy (not so busy that you feel rushed but enough that you don't feel like the only customer in days!). My hairdresser didn't speak the best English but she was lovely and polite and understood exactly what I wanted and she turned out to be absolutely brilliant. Her name was Zeynab and I would highly recommend her. My hair cut was great (she kept checking back and making sure I was happy with the amount she was cutting before she did so which is important to me) and I was also very happy with the blowdry at the end - very professionally done. The only improvement point for the salon would be to make the hair wash process a little more relaxing - whenever I have been for a wash, cut, blowdry before I have been given a relaxing head massage during the conditioning, which I did not get here - actually the lady (not sure of her name) put the conditioner on and washed it straight off without even leaving it for a minute. I will definitely be back soon and would highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and very efficient. I was running five minutes late and they were very nice about it. Hair cut was lovely and blow dry beautiful. I would definitely go back.

The are always professional and polite I highly recommend them would go back again. All the hair stylist seem to actually enjoy cutting and colouring your hair and the experience is not rushed they take their time with you. I felt thoroughly spoilt when I left the salon.
