I made a mistake with the Internet reservation and showed up two days late. They were very nice about it and made anothe appointment. However, the best part is that both my daughter and I had great cuts. We have very different styles (long and short!) and we both came out very pleased with the cut. We are going there regularly from now one!

It's the second time I visit them for a haircut, and very likely will repeat. They listen to what you want to be done and ask all the way if you like how it's going. I generally like a bit more of initiative from my hairdresser but they offer very good value.
