Nicely decorated and a fair degree of cleanliness. However everything else is disappointing. My first visit I had water/shampoo running into my eyes, atmosphere was awful, hair was tugged at and the stylist could not do simple bounce curls. I gave a 2nd chance as we all have off days and was worse. Running 30-40m behind as they were trying to take on too many clients, kids running around screaming and same terrible unfriendly atmosphere by staff. Awful environment and hairdressers not skilled.

My second time getting a blow dry at this salon. The staff were lovely and I was very happy with the results both times.

Had a really lovely experience at Hair by Metin and Sam today. There was a lovely calming atmosphere, staff were great, head massages during the wash was wonderful and good value for money. I will definitely be coming back to Hair by Metin and Sam!
