They had no idea I had an appointment and I feel like they squeezed me in and as a result everything was so rushed. The lady was washing my hair and I had water in my ears, eyes and everywhere you can think of. She was very rough and was pulling my hair. Then I my cut was alright but again she was pulling my hair as she was cutting it, didn’t even comb it after the wash. Everything seemed very disorganised. Won’t return for sure.
