She did not cut my hair when I came in she did not greet me with a smile and all other ladies were greeted with a smile, treat all your customers the same! Then my hair was cut by someone whose hands were shaking all the time. I asked for additional service which was a blow dry. This was not a blow dry, he was shaking all the time. I could do it better myself. Also, they they washed my hair they did not put any protection on my back and my shirt was wet! I paid £45 I will never come back!!

It was Sam who cut my hair in the end due but couldn't change it on the previous section. He was professional and friendly. Best of all I loved the haircut so much! This will probably be my go-to salon from now on :)
