I was kept waiting for an hour. She glanced at the image I showed her and proceed to give me what I can only describe as a sad, wilted afro. She did not want to take accountability but was open to fixing it (for a price). She fixed it begrudgingly.

Terrible experience, waited over an hour and thirty minutes. The hairdresser used too much product for my braids which has resulted in my hair having flakes and she did not ask for my opinion on the parting it is completely wonky. When starting on my hair hair she shouted “wow” and kept on repeating this until everyone was now staring at my hair I felt embarrassed

To summarise what would be a lengthy story:
*Do not book if you value attentive service -I waited an hour and my hair was not done right.Had to pay to redo.
*You may have someone completely different do your hair upon arrival and if something goes wrong, there will be zero accountability from Millie as she will tell you to go back to who did your hair if you have an issue eventhough you booked her!
*You will NOT get a refund!
I took a chance and regretted it. You're better off going elsewhere.
