Natalia managed to transform the shapeless blob on my hair to a fancy bob that requires little to no effort to style post hair wash. I love how she gave my thin/flat hair so much volume. I stepped out of the salon and the first thing my friend asked was what volumising products I have used, and Natalia had used none! She is a perceptive and attentive listener and knows how to accentuate what is there. I’m returning for sure!
