Natalia has been a lifesaver! After a previous bad experience with a haircut (not everyone is well versed in very short hairstyles) I was unsure what to expect since it was my 1st visit. But Natalia immediately dispelled all my worries with her friendliness and professional expertise, and I haven't been so happy after a salon visit in years. I'm definitely coming back once it's time for another haircut.
