First time visit & faultless! Natalia was friendly and welcoming the instant I walked through the door. She spent time, listening and giving advice whilst consulting me on what I wanted to achieve from my hair colour. I was bold and took the plunge, trusting her expert knowledge and vision - I am so glad that I did! My new hair colour is stunning, and is a total transformation. Love it! Natalia was warm and chatty, providing me with recommendations on how to maintain and refresh my colour, style it myself and keep my hair healthy. Pleasure meeting you Natalia, and will be back (& have already recommended your ninja-hair skills to friends)

Lovely person as well as hairdresser, made me feel welcome and gave me advice and new what to do with my hair after seeing it. My hair wasn’t in great condition and was very brassy and she completely fixed the colour and blended it so nicely. My hair feels in amazing condition and Natalia did what I asked and was on point with what I wanted! Thank you xxx
