I had a great experience with Natalia, she listened to me and also gave me her expert opinion. I am happy with the haircut and I really like that she didn't rush it. I have so much hair and it takes a lot of time to cut it, in the past with other people I noticed they would be rushing at the end but Natalia took the time that was necessary and she even checked the final look once my hair was dry.
I would like to also mention that for me (and surely for some other people out there) visiting a new salon can be sometimes quite an overwhelming experience and cause a bit of anxiety but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Overall it was a great experience
