Best haircut I've ever had. Natalia is a lovely person, who makes you feel relaxed from start to finish. I put my complete trust in her - she made suggestions with regard colour and cut which resulted in a fabulous outcome. I now feel I have a hairdresser who listens and who is not afraid to try different things.

To be honest, I loved my cut, my colour and how well I was treated.
I went in for a haircut, and left feeling like I made a friend.
