I scheduled an appointment at the salon for a blow dry, Nelli was very attentive from the get go, I have recently had surgery on my wrist and so my mobility is reduced, she helped with my jacket and ensured that I was comfortable in the chair, Nelli was very approachable and easy to talk to - her experience shone through and i was very happy with my blow dry which stayed in place for the following day at the Nursing in Practice 365 event. I would recommend Nelli absolutely

Massive thank you to Nelli for helping me out of a hair-mergency and fixing a bad haircut I’d received at another salon at short notice! Thank you for also giving really good advice for my hair type, I felt like I was in really competent hands and appreciated her attention to detail.
