Once again fabulous treatment by Nelli. She really looks after you and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. My hair looks stunning and I’ve never felt happier! She took time to talk with me about what I wanted to achieve from my treatment, and also made time to talk to me about my day to day life, getting to know me and making me feel like more than just a customer!
