Nelli was really welcoming and the patch test didn’t take long at all. I had trouble finding the salon but ended up calling Nelli’s number on Google Maps, she answered and directed me. Her station is at the back of the beauty salon on Stanley Street so you’ll need to go inside the salon
Nelli was amazing and got exactly what I wanted to get done. Best balayage I’ve had, highly recommend! 🌟
