I was a little nervous as this was my first visit, and I was donating my hair so rather a lot cut off. I needn't have worried, it was an evening appointment so Nigel was on his own, he understood exactly what I wanted and completely made me feel comfortable. I told him what I thought I wanted and went with his advice on colour and restyle, and I couldn't be more thrilled. Professional and friendly, I will definitely visit again.
