Total pampering from the minute you walk in the door. A very warm welcome, Offered a drink immediately. Sat with stylist and talked about what cut I wanted face to face, very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Fabulous cut and lovely head massage. Also very child friendly. A whole hour of pampering and very good value for money.
