About
With 18 years of hairdressing experience I like to think I’ve covered a multitude of areas in the world of hair. From starting out at the ‘Toni &Guy’ academy I then went on to work at ‘urban retreat’ at Harrods where I gained my love for luxuriously looking glamorous hair and my understanding of how to maintain the health of hair and knowledge of product usage for home care advice. I then went on to work for Sean Hannah, where I worked as part of the art team which entailed developing bespoke haircuts for the brand and being able to bring those aspects to the salon floor and giving each individual client a haircut designed for them depending on face shape , hair texture and taking into account there lifestyle which enables them to create the salon look at home. I also spent many years doing shows for london fashion week working on cutting edge fashion forward looks with some of the countries world renowned hairdressers, after, then working for Micheal John in Knightsbridge. I pride myself on establishing each clients individual wants and needsas I believe that if someone is happy with their hair it has a profound effect on how they feel.

Working in this industry for over 15 years now, Hair by Pauly B has now become a product of 15 years hard and well paid off work which has led Paul to travel all over the world, working along side some of the greats such as Anthony Talbot London! Specialising in perfect balayage styles, natural and bespoke hair extensions made personal for each client, top skills in barbering and a general all rounder... Now, he has opened a beautiful, niche boutique unit in the heart of the already up and coming area of Crystal Palace, he works around YOU... all clients come by appointment. Day, evening, or weekend... as well, as a personal experience in the comfort of your own home... Anything we can do to support you, the client, your budget, and your main crown, your hair... his main concern is that what the client wants, the client gets...
