I lost a family friend and was unable to attend my appointment. I tried to contact three days prior with no response from the salon or treatwell. I called in the day to a ringing tone and emailed explaining the situation and asking to reschedule. I had no reply from the salon and I have now lost £73 in money with no alternative option. Be very cautious when dealing with this salon.
The first hairdresser to actually listen and cut the minimum off and the only place that doesn’t make me anxious about going back! Really excited to work with Paul in the New Year to get my hair wedding ready 🤩🤩
