Radia was lovely, and I wanted to give her a 5-star review, but unfortunately, the product she used on my 4c hair burnt my hairline. I had never done a Keratin treatment before, and although the strand test went well, the product burnt my scalp on the day of the treatment. When I asked if this was normal, she said yes. However, my scalp continued to hurt for days afterward. I am now recovering, but my skin is swollen, red, painful and peeling.
