I had an amazing experience yesterday with Regina. The best value for money wash, cut and blow dry I have ever had. I have always been apprehensive about getting my hair trimmed because I always found that hairdressers would take of too many inches because my hair was long, but Regina showed me where the split ends were and asked me first if I was happy with how much she was going to cut. Regina was lovely!
Lovely lady. I was typically late for last appointment in a Saturday. Regina waited, came to gate to
Let me in and showed interest in what my daughter wanted. She left with a big smile on her face and I am going for an appointment myself after being so impressed
Not the colour I was after whatsoever. A resolution was not offered in order for me to get the desired colour that I wanted which is my biggest criticism and it is a shame as I read good reviews before coming here and what based the reason for my visit.
I had another bad hair dye experience a few years ago, 2.5 years+ to be specific (mentioned this at the start of the appointment) with no re-dying of the hair done by myself after this and it transpired in this appointment that the hair colour wasn’t “lifting” at the ends - which was unbeknownst to me as I was pretty sure that 2.5 years+ is long enough to have your hair stripped of any past colouring. Anyway, I’m no hairdresser but if it is the case that the hair is not “lifting” then something should have been done to rectify this!
As a result, the customer service was lacking. If a customer shows you what they want to have done at the start of the appointment and in those rare instances, the end result is no way near what they desired then how can you then let them walk out of your shop without offering a solution to help achieve their desired look.
