I had blond hair abd i asked her to do balayage. Well its end up I've hot dark hair with some hilights which she covered with toner as i had to pay extra. There were any balayage technics done, just take some my already blond hair and bleach on the top from the roots, where i was asking o want roots dark and endings leave blond with balayage technics. I showed pictures too. So as a pereon she is very welcoming and nice and all is clean but i throw away 100£ :/
