My brows have been completely ruined. They are totally different thicknesses and shapes and look ridiculous. I am worried that they won’t grow back as the therapist threaded a lot of hair above the brow and the arch is an absolute mess.
The tint was awful and I was embarrassed to walk down the street afterwards. It was so messy; my brows looked like they had been drawn on with a black felt tip by a child. I had to buy surgical spirit from a local chemist to try and take some of the black out.
The online system booking was faulty, and I couldn't actually have my appointment. Glad I didn't pay upfront!
Always a pleasure to get my hair done here. Katie knows what she’s doing and I have no problem trusting her! Will always be back!
