Katie was professional and I really like my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and offered advice and options based on what I was considering. I really appreciate her taking the time to be clear and make sure we were on the same page before starting. She also checked in as she went which was helpful as I was a little nervous after a previous bad haircut from another place. All in all, really happy with the outcome and would recommend!
