I expected better per previous good reviews but I was disappointed by my experience. As soon as I came in it wasn’t welcoming, the hairdresser continued to be on her phone and I wasn’t offered anything to drink like most places do. I showed a reference of how I want my hair to come out but it wasn’t even close. We agreed on the length but it was a lot shorter afterwards. During the wash my face was getting wet, during the cut my face was getting brushed badly it was very rough. Not coming back.
Katie was fantastic, nice and polite. I really like the haircut she did for me. My only bad comment is about the options Treatwell was showing on the website; I payed £30 online for the wash, cut and blow dry but when I got to the hairdresser, she mentioned because I had long hair I had to pay more. It would had been better if that was clear in the Treatwell website at the moment of the purchase. She mentioned they will get in touch with Treatwell to try to fix it, which is good!
