The venue was more spartan than I had been to in a very long time. Most of the standard things you might expect about a decent quality haircut were absent: being offered a glass of water or having any product put in your hair. It was not particularly clean, there was very little discussion about what I wanted done to my hair, and overall my hair was cut quite a bit shorter than I requested. The experience was made a bit worse by one employee who was coughing and not wearing a mask properly.

Lovely haircut from a really lovely and friendly stylist. Quick, efficient, was able to advise me on what would work well and I got exactly what I wanted.
Katie was incredibly lovely, and did a fantastic job with my hair. Really pleased with how the haircut looked. Would recommend.
