Really bad experience, they told me off the minute I walked in as Treatwell hadnt informed them about appointment. I said that it had nothing to do with me as had done booking correctly..my hair was then rushed and wasnt even told when they finished the lady picked up a cigarette and walked out for her break. Could have been a great place but not how you treat paying customer.
