Really nice lady, clean and professional. Extremely quick doing the lashes. only down fall is that the actual lashes came off after 2 days. the glue used was really soft and just doesn't last. the lashes slid off in the night. my normal retention is 3-4 weeks so I was disappointed that they didn't last longer than 2 days
