It was my first haircut after quarantine, I always wear a very short pixie. I told the hairdresser and I had to keep telling her to go shorter and shorter (which it's okay, I understand that they didn't want to cut too much without my approval). At no point was my hair combed, and it was just quite unfinished. The hair around my ears has not been cut properly and they did not take out the hair on my neck, with just makes it look sloppy and unfinished. It was quite disappointing.
