Made to feel very welcome and at ease for my first time visit here. I was offered a drink straight away while I was seated to discuss with Simone what haircut I required. I had long hair and went completely short. Simone was excellent very professional and I was very impressed. I love my new hairstyle and my Husband even said wow when I got home.
