I've been going there for years but I feel really let down with my haircut today. I feel the stylist didn't listen to me, you can hardly tell I've had a cut. I wanted layers and feathers but it looks like it's not even been cut even. I feel so upset and such waste of money.

Appointment booked last minute. Was seen by Cassy - she was helpful and listened to my needs and offered lots of advice. Very happy with my haircut. Will be going back. Would definitely recommend this establishment.
