I was a bit nervous and apprehensive before my appointment because I had never let anyone touch my hair before .But I have to say my experience with Vivienne was really great, she made me feel really comfortable and she took her time to explain things to me. I really appreciate that she cared about the overall health of my hair- she was giving me useful tips and recommending treatments and products for my hair type. I will definitely be returning, the customer service was amazing.

I recommend Vivienne for natural (4a-c) hairstyling.
Vivienne gave me some great tips took the time to assess my hair. She also involved me in the process, e.g. she asked if I was comfortable with the hair trim length, she asked whether I would like to have a longer steam session.
My natural hair was incredibly dry with many split ends... she definitely revived it!
