The wash, blow dry and hair straightening that I got was absolutely lovely. Vivienne was so gentle with my hair and knew exactly how to do it and recommended great products for me to use and great tips on how to look after my hair. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. I will definitely go back and my hair feels and looks amazing. Thank you.

I arrived and there was a slight miscommunication with me bringing the Texturiser which Vivienne quickly explained and resolved for next time. I’m from Oxford, so I had some apprehensions after getting my hair done badly locally. She texturised my hair very very well. Best service I’ve ever had to my hair and she trimmed it very nicely. She spoke throughout the treatment explaining what she was doing and why whilst also recommending a treatment which I will be doing next time I visit. She was very kind and informative whilst ensuring I was comfortable with everything she was doing. She made me a cup of tea and got me some croissants after I had my hair washed. My hair has never looked or felt so nice before. Looking forward to my next visit already!

The first time I've relaxed my hair with Vivienne and I loved the outcome! She straightened my hair at the end so beautifully and it was the first time I've been able to wear it down instead of tying it up all the time and it felt so good and I received lots of compliments! I'd now like to put more effort into taking care of my hair. Would definitely recommend.
