Being an afro naturalista it's rare that I trust any body to touch my curls but I threw caution to the wind and decided to pay Vivienne a visit after reading positive reviews. I had my hair washed (with a lovely head rub meanwhile), conditioned, blow dried, straightened and cut. Vivienne was absolutely lovely, we connected well. Any queries I had she answered, gave me some tips as we were going along and also checked if the length was ok whilst cutting. She cared about doing my hair well and making me happy. It took just under 2 hours. The hair came out great, but with 87% humidity that day, started to revert in a few hours. I would have appreciated a refreshment and the more consistent music, or none at all (rather than changing a lot and going on then off). Overall a good experience and I will visit Vivienne again next time I need a cut.

I visited for a pre - xmas relaxer and had good service and my hair was treated well. I will continue to return to Vivienne in 2017.
