This is the second time I've been to Emma & Ola hair salon. Both times I've been very pleased with the haircut. Excellent professional service and friendly staff highly recommended ;-)
Excellent service. The hairdresser (Vivienne) was very professional and at the same time very kind. She took the time to wash my hair thoroughly and untangle some of the knots inside. Very pleased with the outcome of my seven cornrow. I told Vivienne I didn't want it done too tight and she ensured it wasn't done so. Happy to have had my hair done finally, as it was long overdue.
I will definitely go back there next time I am getting my hair done.

After recently moving to a new flat, I was desperate to find a hairdresser around Kilburn, with good reviews on Treatwell that would be able to correct the hairstyle that I got done in a salon in South London. I was very pleased with the end result - I had an intensive treatment followed by a blow-dry then long boxer braids using hair extensions.
Vivienne gave me such a good advice about my hair like the type of vitamins I should take and products I should buy to help improve the condition of my hair - so different to other hairdressers I have gone. At Hair by Vivienne, customers satisfaction is really guarantee :) I highly recommend Vivienne to anyone looking for a professional and friendly hairdresser.
What an amazing experience ! I got my hair done in weave and Vivienne was so gentle, no part of getting my hair done hurt, she asked me constantly if it was okay for me, she was so friendly and I will definitely be back, I think it's safe to say that this is my new hairdressers now !!
