I had root dye blow dry and cut. I found the price acceptable and my stylist very skilled and polite while helping me understand the out come of using dye for the first time. I’ve had no problems since and was styled exactly as I wanted.

Vivienne contacted me in the morning if my appointment, made for 5:30pm, in order to move it at 4pm because she had a cancellation. As I was working, I politely replied that it wasn’t possible. It seemed like she didn’t read my answer, because as I arrived, she barely said hi, asked why I didn’t reply to her text, so I had to show her my phone. Evidently, this all started on the wrong foot. I was also unexpectedly charged an extra £20 on the day for the wash & blow. Not going back…
