What a fantastic service!!!
I wasn't entirely sure about what colour to dye my hair and was quite nervous about doing so. However, Vivienne went through a variety of different colours to choose from and recommended what hair colour would suit me best and I have no regrets! Her patience, knowledge and professionalism is by far the best I've experienced. She also made me feel very comfortable by offering refreshments during the service. I cannot emphasise how pleased I am not only with my new look but also with the customer service I received. I will definitely be visiting soon!
Vivienne is very friendly and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and my hair looked lovely after she finished with it (I had a protein hot oil treatment, blow dry and long box braids) Will definitely be visiting soon x
