Silk press looked like a blow out I could get at a different salon. I got my hair silk pressed about ten months ago (it lasted nearly two months even in a tropical climate) with no heat damage, only two passes with the flat iron. Here, I got over 6 passes in high heat and it was very stiff and looked like a blow out. It lasted less than a day. After washing my hair, I have heat damage. I would not go here if you care about your curls. The hair cut and environment was good.

I went to Viv for a steam treatment and as usual it was professional and speedy and done well. My hair needs a retouch and she managed to get it looking as slicked down as possible, for which I am grateful!

Vivienne was lovely, well experienced and professional. She really took time and care with my treatment. I travelled from far but it was worth the journey as she goes above and beyond. Was my first time and I’ll be back. Definitely recommend.
